Japanese TV filmed the gorillas in Kahuzi-Biega NP

A Japanese TV station, the Tokyo Broadcasting System Television (TBS TV) filmed once again the gorillas in the Kahuzi-Biega National Park (KBNP). Since 1970 at least 22 different overseas televisions have filmed in the KBNP. To name some of them, they are the Anglia Survival, the BBC, the Amazing Animals, the ZDF, the ABC SPORT, TV Asahi, TV Tokyo etc.

The TBS TV has filmed long features and history of generations of the habituated gorilla groups of the KBNP. This month they filmed the group of Cimanuka (37 members) and Mugaruka the solitary male. When they come on the ground, the locals like car owners, drivers, hotel employees, small business people are so lucky to benefit from small jobs produced by the gorilla’s existence. Rangers are much happier to spend time with the team in the park.
